The holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event to which this ticket admits such holder, including the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game, and including participation in on-field or other promotions; including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury; including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats or thrown or batted balls; and waives any and all rights against the Northwoods League, member clubs, players, the Witter Field venue, and the City of Wisconsin Rapids which the holder may have arising out of any accident, personal injury, or loss or damage to property. And for Rain Policy: RAIN CHECK: In the event that a regulation game is not played this stub can be turned in at the Rafters box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any future 2025 Rafters regular season game.
